My name is Jean Sheppard, and as an educator, writer and coach, I’ve worked with people of all ages to help them discover the magic of the written word, particularly when it comes to the stories we all can tell about our lives.
There are many reasons to write our stories. We may want to understand better what we have experienced, or we may want to share our insights with our loved ones–or with generations to come. Sometimes, though, simply getting started is a real challenge, and that’s why I have created this workshop. The thought-provoking activities will help you see with fresh eyes the richness of your experiences.
